What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. TeachADLs(cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications byMAP guidelinesand document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and commitment to trauma-informed care. Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese). Wednesday & Thursday 11 PM - 9 PM 20 hrs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
