This is a Full‑time, 40‑hour/week non‑exempt position located in Kingston, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18 per hour. Schedule: First/Second shifts What you’ll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in their Individual Service Plan Act as a positive role model, supporting clients in achieving the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others Ability to pass required certifications within agency‑specified timeframes Ability to pass a criminal and driver’s check Pay range: $18 – $22 per hour CRJ is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
