Exciting opportunities await for professionals passionate about supporting student success in schools! A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert services to K-12 students. This role, based near Plymouth, MA, offers a structured 32.5-hour workweek spread across five days, serving a diverse student population. The specific caseload will be determined, ensuring you can bring your unique skills to where they're needed most.
Leverage your expertise as a BCBA with a Massachusetts credential to empower students and collaborate with a committed educational team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment known for its commitment to student wellbeing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must possess a valid Massachusetts BCBA credential
- Experience with K-12 populations strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation and support to staff and families
- Facilitate staff training and professional development in behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and documentation as required
- Adjust approaches to best meet the evolving needs of students
