Post Harvest Associate I

The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post‑harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging. This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant‑related substances. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc. Weigh, package, label, record and track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine. Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team. Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals. Maintain a culture of professionalism and service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non‑disclosure. QUALIFICATIONS Embrace a mindset of extreme ownership, taking full responsibility for contributions and driving positive outcomes. General knowledge of weights and measurements. Ability to be accountable to meet daily and weekly goals. Ability to multi‑task and maintain work consistency daily. High attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and sound judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle stress. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION All employees must be at least 21 years old. All Curio Wellness employees must comply with state requirements, including providing a copy of fingerprints in the required format and consenting to an FBI background check (Madison and Missouri).
