Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP-CCC certification required
• Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven proficiency in school-based SLP services, including IEP development and progress monitoring
• Comfortable delivering therapy onsite and in virtual/teletherapy formats
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Experience with a range of ages and communication disorders within a school setting is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting activities to each learner’s needs
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Utilize a variety of resources and technology to enhance service delivery
