TDS Clinical Supply Chain Planning Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson

Six-month clinical supply chain planning co-op at Johnson & Johnson's Malvern, Pennsylvania facility supporting R&D drug development. The role focuses on improving data accuracy, strengthening planning processes, and establishing data validation practices within SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Support clinical supply chain planning activities and gain exposure to R&D drug development processes
Lead data clean-up initiatives and improve accuracy of planning information in SAP
Assess current-state data and identify opportunities to enhance data quality
Support development and implementation of routine SAP data validation processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain challenges and deliver project presentations

Requirements

Completed freshman year at accredited university
Pursuing bachelor's in supply chain, chemical/biological/biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry, or related discipline
Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate across teams
Permanently authorized to work in U.S. with no visa sponsorship required
