Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist with less than one year of experience to provide patient care in a clinical setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy treatments to improve patient mobility and function. This role requires active licensure, adherence to credentialing requirements, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care. Strong communication and professional skills are essential. Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Utilize provided equipment effectively during therapy sessions.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington or Alaska.
• Less than one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Completion of required credentialing and contract QA processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with compact licensure for Washington and Alaska.
• Previous contract or travel therapy experience.

Special Considerations:

• Must complete documentation with ATI prior to assignment clearance.
• Candidates with prior ATI employment within one year are ineligible to return.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
• Parking will be provided on the first day.
• Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
• No on-call requirements.

Scheduling:

• Day shifts only.
• 32 hours per week guaranteed during holiday weeks.
• 13 to 26-week commitment required.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate.
