RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer oaths/affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness or attest signatures, and certify/attest copies, adapting between in-person and online sessions as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • U.S. citizenship required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Notary Public commission (certification available if needed). • Clear background check. • Familiarity with loan signing documents a plus. • Detail-oriented, dependable, honest, and a strong communicator. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
