Brand Educator - Brand Ambassador - Washington D.C.

Work with us! Part time, flexible, fulfilling, and fun! We’re looking for Brand Educators (BE's; aka Brand Enthusiasts!) to educate consumers on products – distilled spirits and beer – during events to reinforce and increase brand awareness and introduce people to new products. BE’s embody the brands they represent in a fun, authentic and rewarding way. Paid training will be provided. Work Schedule and Compensation Part-time; events typically 2-4 hours. Available Thursdays-Saturdays between 4pm and 12am. Pay range: $30–$40 per hour. Responsibilities Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase, and consumption. Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and COVID-19 related safety guidelines. Merchandise accounts with point‑of‑sale (POS) and handle company credit‑card transactions and reconciliation. Pick up and return materials, uniforms, and event property. Take and upload high‑quality digital event photos and enter event recaps using smartphones. Maintain a professional appearance for consumer engagement. Travel to and from events and possibly provide occasional time off any day of the week. Required Skills & Experience Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor; reliable and trustworthy. Ability to learn and communicate brand knowledge – paid training provided. Proficient with technology: laptops, tablets, printers, and event reporting apps. Can translate brand information to consumers in a relatable manner. Must be 21years or older and able to sign required forms and adhere to company policies. Physical & Other Requirements Able to stand/walk for extended periods. Able to carry trays, boxes, and objects up to 50lbs. Must have reliable mode of transportation for travel to and from events. Eligibility Must be 21years or older; no minors allowed. Ideally located in or around Downtown Washington, D.C.; flexibility to travel as needed. Connection to staying informed on Brand knowledge via regular online paid trainings and passing internal exams. Preferred candidates will be personable, friendly, and have a strong sense of professionalism while remaining fun and engaging.
