Job Description and Duties

Under the direct Supervision of the Senior Accounting Officer (Supervisor), the Accountant Trainee shall maintain a strong knowledge of practices, policies and procedures of the Trust Office. Duties include the ability to review information and process data, according to the applicable rules and procedures of the Trust/ Support functions of the Accounting Office. The ability to accurately record, receipt, track, and log paperwork, forms and other information is essential. Additional duties and functions may be assigned as needed. The Accountant Trainee shall have knowledge of all Trust/Support functions of the Accounting Office. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.

California Medical Facility (CMF), located in a unique spot in Vacaville, CA. Unique as in being surrounded by many areas for family fun, exercise, touristy adventures and more. Approximately 35 miles east of downtown Sacramento, approximately 53 miles west of Pier 39 in San Francisco, and if you want to meet in the middle you can swing by Napa which is approximately 30 miles west. Also located nearby are the Vacaville Outlets for all your shopping needs.
