Senior Accountant

Century Group has partnered with a Manufacturing organization who is seeking a Senior Accountant. This is an onsite position located in Napa. This is a direct hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting salary: $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
Job Description:- Support winery cost accounting, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of productions costs, inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
- Prepare and post journals as part of the period close cycles including all intercompany activities.
- Manager federal and state excise taxes as well as CA sales tax returns while serving as a contact for external compliance consultants.
- Assist with annual budgeting process and period actual vs. variance analysis and reporting.
- Reconcile company bank accounts on a monthly basis and follow up on issues.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Wine Industry experience
