Fionics, a NY-based proprietary trading firm, is expanding to stand up a hedge fund while preserving a hands-on culture. The COO will own operational and structural work across BD, risk, clearing, and international expansion to support growth across equities, CME futures, and digital assets.
The role emphasizes practical leadership, a founder-led environment, and direct involvement with trading teams and partners. You will recruit PMs and help raise capital for the hedge fund.
