Planning and Operations Manager

The Supply Chain/Planning and Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of the supply chain. This role involves daily monitoring of supply chain activities, collaborating with vendor operations, and ensuring that supply chain operations align with financial goals and documentation. The manager plays a crucial role in managing supply replenishments, addressing backlogs, and providing essential reports to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities Daily monitoring of the supply chain Liaising with vendor operations Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations Work with financial tools and documentation related to operations processes Weekly supply replenishments to country Weekly supply replenishment to partners by Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI), Week of Sales (WOS), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting. Evaluate and report on KPIs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 3 years’ experience in supply chain management. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management. Proficiency in financial tools and documentation related to supply chain operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements.
