Operations Coordinator

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity We are looking to add a Site Operations Coordinator to our Metro New York team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. This position will be required to work onsite in our Whitestone, NY plant the following shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:00 am. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and safety regulations. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include: * Batching and assigning orders * Order modification and completion * Supervisory duties * Workflow management * Safety and compliance * Customer interactions and office administration The Perfect Blend: Experience * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment * Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities * Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity * Project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication * Supporting office administration duties and customer interactions as needed * Fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion among warehouse employees * Leading, influencing, and collaborating across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels Foundational Ingredients: Requirements * High School diploma required, bachelor's preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future * Must be located in Whitestone, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment * Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana plant in Whitestone, NY Perks That Pack a Punch TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, company provided life, STD, and LTD insurance.
