Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate and clear information regarding our healthcare services, appointments, and administrative procedures. Listen to patient concerns with empathy and actively work to find effective solutions in a timely manner. Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain precise and confidential records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless and supportive patient journey. Adhere strictly to data protection and patient confidentiality policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
