- Manage daily administrative and operational functions of a large IT support contract
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance tracking, and compliance reporting
- Coordinate with DoD stakeholders to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Supervise and evaluate technical and administrative personnel
- Ensure adherence to DoD standards, policies, and security protocols
- Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and performance reports
- Track contract milestones and manage risk through proactive issue resolution
- Support program reviews, audits, and inspections
- Facilitate communication across departments and with government representatives
- U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred)
- CompTIA Security+ or other IAT Level II certification
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in IT administration and DoD program management
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a DoD or federal contracting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, ITIL practices, and federal compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

IT Helpdesk/Admin (Clearance Required)

The experienced IT Administrative Lead will oversee administrative and operational support activities for a DoD IT program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing personnel, budgets, and task execution in accordance with DoD standards and contract requirements.
