This role partners with leadership to align hiring initiatives with business objectives and ensures positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.What you'll be doing:Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce plansPartner with leadership to identify current and future hiring needsDrive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and toolsRecruitment & Hiring:Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboardingBuild strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill rolesManage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and sourcing platformsEnsure a consistent and effective candidate evaluation processEmployer Branding & Candidate Experience:Enhance employer brand to attract top talentPromote positive and professional candidate experienceDevelop recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach programsData & Reporting:Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring dataEnsure compliance with hiring regulations and company policiesTeam Leadership:Manage and mentor recruiters or sourcing specialistsProvide training and best practices for hiring managersFoster collaboration across departmentsWhat Success Looks Like:Strong pipeline of qualified candidates across rolesReduced time-to-fill and improved hiring qualityPositive feedback from candidates and hiring managersAlignment between hiring outcomes and business growth goalsWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (leadership experience preferred)Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment processesStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employment laws, and HR best practicesExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systemsPreferred (Optional):Experience leading recruitment teamsIndustry-specific hiring experienceHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)What we bring to the table:An awesome, collaborative cultureCompensation based upon background and experienceFull benefits packageVacationCellphone AllowanceWe are an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
