Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure (AZ or eligible for reciprocity)
• Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Experience or interest in working with students with significant cognitive and adaptive needs
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
• Leadership skills and comfort providing COTA supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy to elementary and high school students in self-contained classrooms
• Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans
• Evaluate progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide clinical oversight and support to a COTA
