We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Maywood, Illinois. You’ll work directly with customers by phone and email, manage leads from existing customer lists, and promote our products through online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone sales with both new and repeat customers

• Sell from provided customer lists — no cold calling required

• Collaborate with our marketing team on internet advertising campaigns

• Track and manage your sales performance to meet quarterly goals

 

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $50,000 annually +uncapped commissions

• Commission Structure:

• 5% on gross sales when profit margin exceeds 50%

• 5% of profit when margin is under 50%

• Quarterly commission payouts (paid on the 15th of the following quarter)

• 401(k) retirement plan

• 120 hours of paid time off per year (use it or lose it policy)

• Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong leadership

 

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Sales experience preferred (especially phone or B2B)

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable

• Comfortable working with computers and online advertising tools
