The hiring company is the premier aerial equipment re-rental partner serving more than 1,000 rental companies across the U.S. and Canada— and is filling out their Inside Sales team. What You’ll Do
- Source & develop new rental business, and strengthen existing partnerships
- Build and grow relationships with national, regional, and local equipment-rental companies
- Drive monthly rental revenue by maximizing the utilization of our aerial lift fleet (high-reach booms, heavy-capacity telehandlers, and specialty equipment)
- Educate customers on equipment applications and the hiring company re-rental process/partnership
- Maintain accurate sales activity in Pipedrive CRM
- Collaborate daily with Rental Coordinators, Fleet Service professionals and the Sales team to deliver exceptional service
What You Must Bring
- B2B Sales experience, ideally with equipment
- A relentless prospecting discipline - daily outreach targets, consistent follow-up
- A curiosity that drives better conversations - asking thoughtful, open-ended questions
- Confident, clear communication skills — persuasive, and customer-focused
- Resilience –the ability to stay positive & motivated
- Relationship-building instincts -warmth & authenticity, remembering details about prospects
- A healthy sense of urgency
