Remote Spanish-Speaking Connection Advisor

Hennepin Healthcare

Hennepin Healthcare seeks a Connection Advisor Associate, Spanish, to join the Connection Center in a remote, full-time capacity. You will confirm demographics, schedule appointments, and document interactions in EHR and call-center systems while maintaining professionalism in a high-volume setting.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, data-entry experience, and call center customer service capabilities. Training begins on campus, with remote work starting after completion of training.
