This busy outpatient surgery center operates within a well-established, high-volume healthcare network and is supported by a robust team of 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians. The facility provides a collaborative, fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population across multiple ambulatory care sites, offering exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties.

Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Anesthesia

Job Details:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Administer anesthesia to all patient ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Provide airway management services as needed throughout the hospital
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed
• Surgical cases include: total hips/knees, plastic surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery
• Board Certified CRNA required with no exemptions
• Active Michigan RN License required at time of presentation
• Minimum of 2 years CRNA work experience required (not including RN or training)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Clean malpractice and license history required with no exemptions
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
• On-call and weekend coverage not required
