Must Have

• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a manufacturing, food & beverage, or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to generate accurate and reliable quality data.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong data collection and data entry capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with standing, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.

Preferred

• Experience performing product quality testing such as Brix, pH, CO?, and temperature measurements.
• Knowledge of packaging quality standards, bottle inspections, coding verification, and labeling requirements.
• Experience working with food safety, beverage production, or fermentation-based products.
• Familiarity with quality documentation systems and production reporting.
• Previous experience collaborating with maintenance and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on finished products by measuring Brix, CO?, pH, and temperature using approved equipment.
• Inspect bottles, glass quality, packaging, labels, and cap/date codes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify alignment between bottle cap dates, box codes, labels, and product information.
• Identify, document, and report product or packaging defects, including rejected glass and damaged goods.
• Partner with Maintenance and Production teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns.
• Record downtime and quality-related observations to support production efficiency and product shelf-life monitoring.
• Respond promptly to quality issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Support additional quality and production activities as required by business needs.

This is a  full-time,   Contract opportunity: Shift: Either 9AM to 5:30PM OR 12:00PM to 8:30PM

Pay rate*: $16.90/hr. - $17.30/hr.  

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
