Production Supervisor

Location: Ripon, WI
Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Supervisor to lead employees and oversee daily production activities.

The Production Supervisor will help ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe, positive, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production employees throughout the shift.
• Assign employees to work areas and communicate daily production goals.
• Monitor production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency expectations.
• Ensure employees follow safety rules, GMPs, food safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to employees.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Help resolve production and equipment issues.
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Complete required production and shift paperwork.
• Maintain a respectful, positive, and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or similar experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
