As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to residential property incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, amenities, and property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
