Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor and vehicle access, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and supporting visitor and delivery processing at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site policies.
• Monitor employee, visitor, and vendor access to help support authorized entry and help to deter unauthorized activity in loading, receiving, and other restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and other security-related conditions.
• Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or emergency responders as appropriate during security-related events, policy questions, and access-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
