As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report activity, and provide welcoming customer service to residents and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property damage, and policy violations, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Document patrol activity and incidents through accurate written and/or electronic reports, and contact emergency services or property management when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
