Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access issues, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to post guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, warehouse perimeters, and other assigned parts of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or visitor information as directed, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts. Support package flow and facility operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating clearly with site personnel, and following Allied Universal post orders and reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
