LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Accountant job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $27.00 and $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities: -Preparing, entering, and reviewing journal entries -Assisting with month-end close processes -Preparing financial statements and running reports -Reconciling accounts and balance sheets -Assisting with variance analyses -Maintaining compliance with GAAP in all accounting records -Assisting with AP and AR as needed -Preparing for audits -Making recommendations for process improvements -All other related tasks as required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred -At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role -Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc. -Previous experience with ERP software -Excellent attention to detail -Excellent analytical skills Compensation: -Hourly rate between $27.00 and $30.00 -LHH benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
