Bilingual JE Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Bilingual JE Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant (79439-1) Responsibilities Ensure office operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively. Maintain and manage the Company’s office supplies; work with vendors; schedule maintenance and repairs. Monitor health and safety of employees. Ensure upkeep is on schedule; help plan the budget; manage inside areas of the facility. Assign tasks to vendors for maintaining equipment. Qualifications High level of attention to detail and initiative. Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; experience providing administrative support to the President and COO, including coordinating the President’s calendar and organizing appointments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
