Position Responsibilities: Administering medication as prescribed by the physician Answer call lights Complete documentation of care given Follow residents care plans Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification recommended.
