Pay: $17–$20/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Part-time to start, with opportunity for additional hours as GreenEats grows

About GreenEats

GreenEats is a growing food business serving quality comfort food with a focus on consistency, flavor, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

We are looking for a  Kitchen Team Member who is dependable, hardworking, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

This is  not a chef position . GreenEats has established recipes, preparation procedures, portions, and cooking standards. The right person understands that consistency matters and is willing to follow the system exactly.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare food according to GreenEats recipes and established procedures
• Fry chicken, fish, fries, and other menu items according to cooking standards
• Complete food prep and maintain proper food storage
• Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Stock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate with other team members during service
• Keep ticket times and order accuracy a priority
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Follow portion-control standards to help maintain consistent food cost
• Perform other kitchen duties as needed

Restaurant Experience Is a Plus

Experience with established restaurant chains such as  Chick-fil-A, Wingstop, Raising Cane’s, Popeyes, Zaxby’s, Whataburger, McDonald’s, or similar restaurants is a plus.

We especially value people who understand working within a standardized restaurant system.

Important: Consistency Matters

GreenEats has specific recipes, portions, preparation methods, and cooking procedures.

Team members are expected to follow GreenEats standards rather than changing recipes or creating their own methods.

We’re looking for someone who can say:

“Show me how GreenEats does it, and I’ll follow the system.”

• Previous restaurant/kitchen experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
