Data Center - Superintendent

Project focusWe are looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with project management, engineers, owners, and trade partners throughout construction, commissioning, and closeout.Key skills and Experience requiredProven experience as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale construction projectsExperience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial projectsStrong experience managing subcontractors, trades, manpower, and daily site activitiesAbility to coordinate multiple trades and construction activities against project schedulesStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and scopes of workExperience with site logistics, constructability reviews, and short-term look-ahead planningProven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and field riskExperience tracking project progress, milestones, punch lists, and closeout activitiesStrong experience working with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractorsKnowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practicesStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead large field teamsIf this role is of interest, please apply with an updated resume.Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Marvin Mills
