We are currently seeking a Lead Veterinary Technician to join our team. This leadership role requires someone experienced, proactive, and ready to help guide and support our technical team. A current RVT license (or equivalent) is highly preferred, and prior leadership experience is a plus. While cross‑training is not required, it is preferred to support a flexible and well‑rounded team. The Lead Veterinary Technician will help oversee clinical operations, assist in training and mentoring staff, and work closely with veterinarians to deliver excellent patient care and efficient workflow.
