Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

FNP opportunity with a comprehensive outpatient facility! This permanent, full-time opportunity is near Sonora, CA in the Sierra Nevada foothills. A community health center that provides comprehensive ambulatory care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No call, no weekends, no after hours and no holidays required making a great balance of personal and professional life. Service delivery model is focused on quality care and patient interaction. Providers have option to work 4/10 schedules or regular 8-5, M-F. Competitive salary ($180K-$210K) and full benefits including generous health insurance, 4% 401k matching, 11 paid holidays, 24 days PTO, $2500 CME, and covered malpractice. Loan repayment options ($50K-$80K) are available as well. Candidates must have active/unrestricted CA licensure, current DEA and nationally board certified. At least 2 years primary care as independent FNP is preferred.
