Cleanroom Production Operator Key Responsibilities

• Assemble simple and complex products according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Operate automated assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete production documentation and records accurately.
• Package and label finished products.
• Perform inspections and verify product quality using checklists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom standards.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly-related tasks.
• Follow all quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures.

• Cleanroom experience
• Manufacturing or production line experience
• Wiring or soldering experience
• Knowledge of quality control procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
