Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Adaptability for both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Capability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students, addressing communication disorders and academic needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers and special education staff to support student goals
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to reach students remotely
- Engage in IEP meetings and communicate progress with families
