What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a commitment to clinical excellence

Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and personalized treatment planning

Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team while fostering a positive office culture

Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to create exceptional patient experiences

Practice efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest ethical and clinical standards

Stay current on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)

Current CPR certification

DEA license and Controlled Substance License (if applicable by state)

Strong communication and leadership skills with a patient-first mindset

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Schedule (days/hours): M-Thurs 7-5

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation:

Earn up to $300,000+ per year, plus $40,000 signing bonus!
