We are hiring Customer Sales Consultants to represent energy services through face-to-face sales at retail locations, events, and promotional settings throughout the Pittsburgh area .

Your Game Plan

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you'll:

• Connect with customers face-to-face at retail stores and local events
• Introduce customers to energy services, promotions, and available options
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Build confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
• Participate in daily coaching and ongoing sales training
• Track your performance and continuously work to improve your results
• Represent our clients with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Collaborate with teammates to create a competitive, high-energy environment
