Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
