IT Business Analyst

Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and business-focused IT Business Analyst to serve as the critical liaison between executive leadership, business units, and Information Technology teams. This role requires an individual who can effectively translate business objectives into technical requirements and communicate complex technical concepts in clear, non-technical language for stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business operations and technology solutions. They will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring projects deliver measurable business value while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business departments, and IT teams. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business priorities. Translate business goals into actionable technology requirements and project initiatives. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Present technical concepts, project updates, and solution recommendations in business-friendly language. Translate technical terminology, system capabilities, and project impacts into understandable terms for leadership teams. Serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams. Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and IT systems.
