Construction Warehouse Manager

Queen City Mechanicals, a commercial/industrial plumbing and utility contractor, with 40 years of industry experienceoperating within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State Area, is actively seeking an experienced Construction Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities for this position that support the plumbing and civil construction departments of the company include: Tools & Equipment Receive and process electronic requests from field staff for delivery of company owned assets Schedule deliveries to be made by warehouse driver Repair broken power tools Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment; excavators, skid steers, manlifts and trailers Set up, manage and track electronically all tools and equipment assets through software program Purchase tools from vendors on an as needed basis Clean and re-stock tools in gang boxes upon return from job site Perform light routine maintenance on vehicle fleet; oil change, replace wiper blades, etc… Perform light maintenance on dump truck fleet; replace tires, replace tarps, oil change and grease Maintain electronic maintenance records for all vehicles and equipment in the company’s fleets Property maintenance of business location Schedule and dispatch dump truck fleet (currently 4) Create processes and procedures for more efficient operation of the warehouse Experience Required Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook General knowledge and experience with computerized inventory and management software Clean driving record and background check Individual must be able to demonstrate that he/she possesses the following skills: Proficient communication skills Mechanical ability Detail oriented Well organized Self-disciplined Ability to lead others Ambitious Ability to make decisions within parameters set by management Benefits Offered For those candidates matching the desired skill set, Queen City Mechanicals offers a competitive salary, along with full benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, retirement (w/ company match), paid time off and paid holidays.
