Heights Care & Rehab is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team.

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the night shift

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Assess residents and promptly identify changes in condition

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure outstanding resident care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Help create a safe, positive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Active Colorado LPN License

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Dependable, organized, and resident-focused

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required

We are currently hiring for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night Shifts.

Applicants may choose a schedule that fits their needs, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime available.
