Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInsurance Producer / Office ManagerLocation: 1101 Satellite View Suite 202, Round Rock, TX, 78665Compensation: Competitive base + commissionEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Producer / Office Manager to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional who thrives in both sales leadership and office operations, and who has a strong background in personal lines, life & health, and commercial insurance.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and manage Personal Lines (P&C), Life & Health, and Commercial Insurance policiesGenerate new business through referrals, leads, and outbound prospectingManage and grow an existing book of businessOversee daily office operations and support staff workflowMaintain strong client relationships through policy reviews, renewals, and cross-sellingEnsure compliance with carrier and regulatory guidelinesAssist with training, mentoring, and performance management of team membersCollaborate with ownership to meet agency growth goalsRequired Qualifications3–5+ years of insurance sales experienceProven experience selling:Property & Casualty (Personal Lines)Life & Health InsuranceCommercial Insurance (Required)Active insurance licenses (P&C and Life & Health)Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with agency management systems and CRM toolsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in an agency management or office manager roleEstablished book of businessExperience working with multiple carriersStrong understanding of underwriting guidelines and policy structuresWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission/bonus structureOpportunity for long-term growth and leadershipSupportive team environmentStable, well-established agency with growth potential
