Hourly Compensation: $28/hr - $30/hr
Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri - open to discussion

Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely response to various requests generated by our users;
- Daily set-up/take-down of audiovisual and/or furniture necessary to support the daily demand for meetings;
- Upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of building and grounds;
- Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, MHE, warewash and general facility equipment;
- Utilization of different types of power tools and testing equipment;
- Maintain a safe attitude at work and behave in a safe manner to prevent accidents and injuries;
- Strictly adhere to all safe operating procedures as described by your supervisor and through safety training programs;
- Identify and communicate possible corrective actions to eliminate or reduce safety hazards to your supervisor, the health and safety committee and/or occupational safety.
- Operating mailing equipment
- Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels to customers
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
