Case Manager - Reentry & Community Services
Westcare Foundation Inc
Westcare in North Highlands, California, is seeking a Case Manager to manage a large caseload of participants in the STOP Program. The role requires a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and the ability to maintain high documentation standards. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience with this population and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include coordination of services and travel to community-based providers.
