Technical Product Manager

ADP is hiring a Sr. Technical Product Manager in Alpharetta, GA. We're looking for someone with genuine product sense. Someone who gets curious about how people actually work, digs into their world until they truly understand the problem, and then moves quickly to deliver something useful. Your audience will change. Sometimes it's a client. Sometimes it's an executive. Sometimes it's a team that doesn't yet know what they need. What doesn't change is the expectation: understand the problem deeply, cut through the noise, and create solutions that actually make someone's work better. You'll work at the intersection of AI, product strategy, research, and business transformation. You'll help shape what gets built, how it's evaluated, and how decisions are made. You'll turn ambiguity into direction, insights into action, and ideas into outcomes. We're not looking for someone who waits for perfect requirements. We're looking for someone who can identify what matters, ask the right questions, and move from concept to execution with speed and judgment.
