About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy across institutional, intermediary, and retail audiences, with a focus on enhancing brand resonance and driving integrated marketing programs to support AUM growth and client relationships. This executive leadership role requires the ability to translate business priorities into coordinated marketing strategies, oversee the development of differentiated content, and lead brand, advertising, and sponsorship strategies. The Head of Marketing will also be accountable for ensuring that all marketing activities meet regulatory, fiduciary, legal, and compliance standards within a global asset management environment. Candidates for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years of marketing leadership experience in highly regulated financial services environments. The role demands a proven track record in leading global marketing strategy and execution, as well as experience in organizational transformation and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products, client segments, and distribution channels, and the ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders. A strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset, and the ability to champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, are essential. The Head of Marketing will also be expected to contribute to enterprise strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness as a senior leader within the company.
