Front Desk Lead

As our Front Desk Lead, you do more than just welcome people into our space, you set the standard for our guest experience and act as a vital support system for our entire team. The Role This position serves as a central anchor for our studio, combining guest service with essential operational support. In this role, you will handle all standard front desk responsibilities such as checking guests in and out, managing phone calls, data entry, and ensuring the desk and guest areas remain clean and welcoming. Additionally, you will step into a leadership capacity by assisting management with inventory counts and product handling, acting as the primary line of communication between our service technicians and guests, and providing direct training support to ensure our desk staff is confident and aligned with our studio's standards. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment, along with 1+ years in a leadership position (such as a shift lead, supervisor, or team coordinator). The Impression & Leadership: A warm, professional presence. You understand how to represent the spirit of Farida Studio and naturally lead by example at the front desk. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You will act as a seamless, supportive bridge between our guests and our team of technicians to keep daily schedules running smoothly. Operational & Software Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with an eye for detail when it comes to inventory handling and training newer team members. Familiarity with digital salon/spa scheduling software and data entry is a significant plus. Values: A "guest-first" heart.
