Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst

Job Summary Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst – responsible for vetting Relativity workspaces and file‑share folders, archiving or purging them, moving file shares to archive locations, and using Relativity ARM as well as a flat format to fully restore workspaces in Relativity or another system. Responsibilities Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on the disposition of data/files Archive older file shares and full Relativity workspaces using ARM Archive images, native files, and text Archive flat-format metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags Document user interface and the archiving process for approval by the Senior IT Manager Evaluate and resolve any archiving issues Skills & Attributes Experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior versions Experience with archiving and restoring Relativity workspaces Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in a collaborative environment Qualifications At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with archiving Relativity workspaces At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with restoring Relativity archives Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in a collaborative environment Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance Ideal Qualifications Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or management information/technology disciplines Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling Benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance 401(k) Flexible Spending Account (health, dependent care, and commuter) Paid time off and observance of state/federal holidays Contact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
